Club House Maintenance Attendant – Royal Perth GC (WA)
Royal Perth Golf Club (RPGC) was established in 1895 and moved to its current location in South Perth in 1908. It is the oldest golf club in the metropolitan area celebrating its 130th year in 2025.

Role:
The Royal Perth Golf Club is seeking a Club House Maintenance Attendant to join our passionate and high performing team.
Delivering a premium member experience and highly regarded facility aligned to our vision, values and strategic goals consistently is crucial.
The position is Casual with an expected roster up to 16 hours per week and is suited to hands on Handy Person with relevant experience. Rostered working days are flexible however preferably Monday, Tuesday and Friday to avoid peak activity times. Flexibility to undertake requirements outside of normal working hours may also be requested from time to time.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the upkeep of our facilities and equipment through regular maintenance schedules and planning.
- Complete multiple small projects and manual labour tasks simultaneously, managing deadlines, contractors, and departmental communication to minimise disruptions.
- Comfortable with relevant regular tasks to elevate club presentation such as painting, cleaning, organisation, various repair work and function/storeroom setup.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for members, visitors, staff, and assets by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Establish effective relationships with external contacts, including contractors, and communicate clearly with all Clubhouse departments.
Attributes / Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing maintenance projects and general maintenance.
- Friendly and approachable, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Manual handling up to 10kg without difficulty.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with members, visitors and staff.
