Wynnum Golf Club (est. 1922), in Bayside Brisbane offers an 18 hole golf course and practice facilities, and Clubhouse with Bistro, Bar, Gaming and Wedding & Function Centre.

The Finance & Administration Manager is responsible for the preparation, presentation, analysis and reporting of the Financial and Monthly Accounts, the administration of the Membership portfolio and the efficient administration and operation of the Club Office.

Top candidates will have formal qualifications or equivalent experience in finance and accounting processes and systems and the preparation and presentation of financial accounts, including oversight and preparation of tax and regulatory reporting including BAS, PAYG, Superannuation and Work Cover.

Ideally you will have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience working with IT and financial software systems and packages including managing payroll and IR compliance and office and administration management, including supervision of staff.

In a busy golf club you will be hands on and bring a collaborative, flexible and personable capability in responding to member/customer enquiries, and supporting the General Manager and senior team.

The role is supported by experienced management and staff within a supportive club and member culture.

Golf, club and/or hospitality experience would also be ideal, but not essential.
