The role

With a diverse range of hospitality offerings, spanning from casual lunches to exquisite dining affairs and grand-scale events like weddings, premium wine dinners, we are seeking individuals with a track record of consistently delivering exceptional service outcomes. This role is hands-on and operational, demanding a commitment to upholding Avondale’s exacting standards day in, day out, through effective team leadership.

Key attributes we are looking for in successful candidates include:

• Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years at a supervisory or managerial level, preferably in a club, hotel, or upscale restaurant setting.
• Oversight of daily operations, ensuring impeccable service delivery by all Food & Beverage Attendants.
• Upholding the Club’s service, presentation, and cleanliness standards among the team.
• Efficient coordination of clubhouse setups for events, adhering to provided event orders and floor plans.
• Effective management of bar staff rostering and labor costs.
• Responsibility for bar stock management, including ordering and conducting monthly stock takes.
