Duntryleague is searching for an outgoing, enthusiastic and focused Front of House Manager!
We are about to embark on a major renovation of our Clubhouse which will see an updated and extended bar restaurant and function room, along with a new Gaming room and Sports Bar.
This is an exciting time for us and we are looking for someone to join our Management team to make Duntryleague a destination for locals and visitors, a chance for the right person to make their mark in hospitality.
The role
As Front Of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for members and guests, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front of house, and supervising the front of house staff. This position requires excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills to excel in this role. You will also work closely with the kitchen staff and management to provide exceptional customer service and exceed members and guests expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate front of house staff, including servers, hosts and bartenders.
- Rostering of staff, manage breaks, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Address and resolve staff issues and concerns.
- Motivate and inspire the team to provide exceptional service.
Customer Service
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for members and guests
- Handle member and guests inquires, complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained dinning and bar area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Operational Management
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and all government bodies.
- Perform monthly stocktakes of the Bar.
Administrative Tasks:
- Preparing weekly rosters.
- Ensure budgets and KPI’s are being met
- Ordering of stock.
- Attend weekly manager meetings.
The successful candidate must be available on weekends, have their RSA and RCG, ARCG is preferred but not essential; however, will need to be undertaken. Renumeration will be based on experience.
