About the role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Golf Club Fitter – Sales Assistant to join our team at Power Golf in Alexandria, NSW. This full-time role will involve providing expert advice and guidance to our customers, helping them find the perfect golf equipment to enhance their game.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting customers in selecting the right golf clubs, accessories and apparel to meet their individual needs and skill level
• Conducting custom golf club fittings to ensure optimal club performance and comfort for each customer
• Maintaining an extensive knowledge of our product range and golf equipment trends
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our valued clients
• Handling sales transactions and cash management duties as required
• Participating in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Power Golf’ store

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a golf club fitter or sales assistant in a retail sporting goods environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with a diverse customer base
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve store objectives
• Enthusiasm for the game of golf and a desire to share your knowledge and expertise
