About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Golf, you will play an important part in the club’s daily operations, including:

• Managing retail operations in the Pro Shop, including stock management and customer service.
• Supporting golf operations, including competition management, bookings, and tee-time coordination.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image.
• Overseeing cart hire, cart maintenance, club rentals, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should:

• High School Certificate or equivalent
• Drivers license and own or have regular access to a vehicle.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in golf operations or customer service is a bonus but not essential.
