We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Golf Operations Coordinator to join the Queens Park team and provide coordination of the day to day operations of the Golf Course, Golf Shop, and Driving Range.

Clublinks has been appointed to manage the operations of the Queens Park Golf course located in Highton, Geelong. Queens Park is a picturesque 18-hole golf course set in a valley bordered by the Barwon River and a walking track to Buckley falls. The par 66 course offers a challenge to all from the novice through to experienced golfer.
The Role
Reporting to the Geelong Region Manager, the successful applicant will hit the ground running, providing exceptional operational coordination across the golf business with accountability for;
- Customer experience
- Staff mentoring, leadership and training
- Sales system management and financial reporting
- Stock management and control
- Facility management & maintenance
- Workplace health and safety
About you
Ideally you possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Golf operations and/or industry experience
- Proven leadership experience or desire to step-up into a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to work and achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced, active environment
- Proven business and financial acumen
- Proven contractor and stakeholder relationship building & management
- Energetic and vibrant approach
- Current National Police check, Working with Children check and Senior First Aid qualifications
- PGA qualification advantageous but not essential
