Operating since 1987, Golf Services Management is a well established golf management company currently managing venues throughout Victoria. Our venues provide quality experiences and a high level of customer service in both golf and hospitality experiences.

Golf Services Management, operators of the Pakenham Golf Course have an exciting opportunity to join the Golf team.

The Role:

As the Golf Shop Supervisor, you will assit the Venue Manager in overseeing all areas of the golf opertions including pro shop, retail, driving range, hire equipement and most importantly deliverling a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to generate good rapport with customers;
  • Operating a Point of Sale system;
  • Taking and maintaining golf bookings;
  • Communicating with Social Groups;
  • Daily tee time coordination;
  • Maintain a well presented retail shop;
  • Completion and training of daily tasks;
  • Must hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

About You:

Experience within a similar role will be highly regarded but full training will be provided.  You will have:

  • Understanding and knowledge of golf;
  • Understanding of timesheet bookings;
  • Reliable and punctual and be able to work weekends and other peak periods
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide quality service to a diverse range of customers;
  • Proactive and energetic nature;
  • Ability to work within a small team;

The applicable award for this position is the Amusements, Events & Recreation Award and remuneration will depend on experience.

This role will include weekend and public holiday work.
