The Role

We have an exciting new position available for a passionate and enthusiastic F&B Coordinator to oversee the delivery of operations across all food & beverage offerings across our Darebin Stadiums and Golf venues (Narrandjeri Stadium, Darebin Community Sports Stadium, Bundoora Park Public Golf Course & Northcote Golf Course), with the intent to provide a fresh, modern, family friendly atmosphere and a memorable experience for all patrons.

This is a part time role (minimum of 20 hours per week) with availability required for weekdays and weekend work.

Venues include – Narrandjeri Stadium, Darebin Community Sports Stadium (DCSS) Bundoora Park Public Golf Course and Northcote Public Golf Course.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Darebin Stadiums & Golf Manager/s and our casual staff teams. They will possess the ability to provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of our Cafe & Food Truck offerings.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Customer experience
  • Functions and Events
  • Staff mentoring, leadership and training
  • Stock management and control
  • Facility management
  • Workplace health and safety

About You

You will have:

  • 1+ years’ experience within a similar role supporting the delivery of F&B offerings
  • Food Hygiene and DoFoodSafely Certificates
  • Current RSA Certificate
  • Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate
  • The ability to create relationships and work with different sectors of the community
  • A hands, on, pro-active attitude
  • A vibrant and energetic personal energy
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
  • Relevant qualifications including First aid and CPR
  • Working with children check and Current National Police check
