Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations, including but not limited to; start-of-day tasks, retail and customer service, golf bookings, food and beverage, end of day procedures.
• Maintenance of golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and in good working condition.
• Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with members and guests.
• Utilising marketing expertise to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns to attract new members and guests.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive social golf and membership sales
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, strong computer skills and the personal qualities to work with a diverse member base.
• Strong work ethic with a diligent, punctual, and reliable approach, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A valid driver’s licence and RSA.
