The Role

We are seeking an organised, dedicated and professional loading dock attendant to work within our Stores team on a part time basis. Working under the direction of the Stores Coordinator your primary purpose is to receive and check stock, assist with ordering and processing of all food, beverage and other general stores items. You must have the ability to remain professional and highly organised whilst at all times demonstrating our core values of Passion, Teamwork, Excellence and Respect.

The key tasks include:

  • Ensure all stock received is stored correctly
  • Ensure all stock is checked against invoices
  • Record all invoices
  • Perform monthly stock takes
  • Support all outlets by promptly filling all requisitions
  • Assist with maintaining all cellar equipment
  • Ensure all storage areas are neat, tidy and safe at all times
  • High levels of manual handling

What does the Club need from me?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in cellar/postmix operations duties (including working with beer lines)
  • Ability to lift, push and pull items weighing up to 10 kilograms.
  • Good communication and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines
  • Experience in inventory and managing stock
  • NSW Driver’s License (required)
  • NSW RSA certificate preferred
  • Food and beverage exposure preferred
  • Forklift license preferred
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday 9:00am-2:00pm with some flexibility and the occasional weekend.
